Shipping policy

Your order will be fully trackable, once its dispatched you'll get a tracking number. We use Australia Post's regular "Parcel Post" service. Standard post is at a cost of $15.00 and Express at $20.00.

Our order fulfilment time is within 5 business days from the time you place your order till posted. You should expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days from posted date.

Orders within the Rockhampton and Yeppoon areas (Postcodes 4699, 4700, 4701, 4702, 4703, 4704 and 4705) can select free local delivery.  You will be required to provide your mobile phone number to arrange a collection point.
